Complete the Hendrik Louw Application form in STEP 2 and hand in the documentation requested in Step 3 (apart from the proof of online application).

APPLY FOR PLACEMENT IN 2026:

STEP 1:

Apply from 11 March to 15 April 2025 via the Western Cape Education Department’s online system.

Register yourself and your child – (please REMEMBER your login details & password).

To print your proof of online application – follow these steps:

Log in via http://admissions.westerncape.gov.za

• On the left hand side of the screen – click on TRACK APPLICATION STATUS
• Find the schools of your choice (for example: HENDRIK LOUW)
• Click on the PRINT option – print the 2-page document

STEP 2:

After you have submitted the WCED online application, complete a Hendrik Louw Application Form (COMPULSORY)

STEP 3:

Hand in your Hendrik Louw Application form (within 7 days of your online application), together with:

• Learner’s unabridged birth certificate
• ID’s of both parents
• Proof of home address
• Clinic card
• Latest report
• Transfer card (if applicable)
• Colour photo of learner
• Proof of your online application (2-pages)
