Your child must turn 5 in the year for which you are applying for Grade RR.
STEP 1:
Complete a Hendrik Louw Application Form.
STEP 2:
Hand in your Hendrik Louw Application form together with:
Learner’s unabridged birth certificate
ID’s of both parents
Proof of home address
Clinic card
Colour photo of learner
