PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • Discounted payment for 2026’s school fees:
    You will receive one month discount if you pay the amount of R23 500,00 rather than R25 850,00 before 31 December 2025 (via EFT only).
  • Monthly debit order
    11 instalments of R2 350,00 (1 January to 1 November)
  • Monthly via internet transfer before the 7th of the month.

  • Monthly payment at the school, cash or card.

The financial office at the school where parents can pay their school fees is only open on:
Monday to Thursday: 07:15 to 15:00

Friday: 07:15 to 14:00

Should you choose the internet payment option, please ensure that the correct reference is used, namely the learner account number, as per the account statement of Hendrik Louw Primary School (eg "ABC018").
If the correct reference is used, no proof of payment needs to be submitted.
