SCHOOL STATIONERY PACKAGES FOR 2027
In order to support our learners and teachers, the School Management has once again arranged compulsory stationery packages for every grade. We have done thorough research, tested each product for quality purposes and obtained quotations from various suppliers. Our aim is always to keep costs as low as possible for our parents. Our official supplier for the 2027 compulsory packages is Complete Office Solutions, 162 Main Road, Somerset West.
List 1: Compulsory list and quotation from Complete Office Solutions.
List 2: The additional list of items that can be purchased at any supplier. It includes items that you may already have at home or carry over from the current school year.

PURCHASE AT HENDRIK LOUW PRIMARY SCHOOL
Stationery packs will be sold at our school on these 3 dates (cash or card):
- Friday, 4 December 2026 - 12:00–17:00
- Saturday, 5 December 2026 - 09:00–12:00
- Tuesday, 12 January 2027 - 09:00–12:00
⚠️ PLEASE NOTE:
- Every learner must bring the compulsory stationery package as well as the additional list of items to school on the first day of 2027.
- Every learner per grade must have the same package. Certain items are very specific (for example, paper compatible with our school’s photocopying machines).
- Mark/label the stationery items such as pens, scissors, glue, rulers, etc. clearly.
- The workbooks must NOT be marked. Do not cover any books – this will be done in class.
- Please do not remove any items or stationery from the package. The bag with the FULL contents must be brought to school on day 1.
- Your child’s educator will manage the content of the stationery package. Items not used on day 1 will be stored in a safe place at the school and be given to the learner when he/she needs it during the course of the year.
